• Xtream Members is not a Subscribers Manager: If you have chosen to promote Xtream, we thank you. The information on your personally sponsored member (which is a subscriber to Xtream Members) will display in your back office. You need to contact them with your Building Blocks id so they can join venues in our System under you. This helps you. We provide a sample Welcome Letter for that. The rest is up to you. Marketing is based on personal relationships. Xtream provides you with Advertising Resources. The Personal Relationship is up to you.  We recommend you contact the person who subscribed under you. To do this, you need your own email account with a service which is friendly to that - like gmail. • Xtream Members is not a List Builder: We provide resources and tools YOU need to build a list. The actual list building is up to you. You pick and choose what resources and tools you want to use. Xtream helps you by a. providing those resources and b. by providing training on how to use those resources. The actual list YOU build is YOURS, not Xtream's.
• Xtream Members does not provide emailing services: Going back to Xtream is not a Subscribers Manager or List Builder, Xtream cannot provide emailing services for the Subscibers. Xtream will have a hard enough time as it is communicating to the subscribers via email considering the entire email environment as it stands in 2008/2009. This is one of the reasons we communicate daily to our members - subscribers via the direct-to-desktop publishing system provided by Apsense and their iChannel. This is an experiment and if it fails, as the email system has failed, Xtream will do something else. In the meantime, Xtream cannot provide emailing services to the subscribers. We DO provide resources so you can do this yourself.
• Xtream Members does not promise earnings: All of you have seen those programs who claim you will be earning hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars immediately - or within x amount of time. None of us in Xtream have EVER meet a person who has, and we cannot claim we do either. What you earn is up to you. We have a very unique and innovative compensation plan that is simple. No smoke and mirrors involved. You can chose to run with it. You do your part, we do ours.
• Xtream Members is not an mlm, binary, pyramid, or matrix: each of those systems have inherent flaws that doom them to failure. (No matter what the rah-rah people in any particular people tell you.) Mlms pay on diminishing levels until you get nothing. The 'Big Hitter' enters in at a level that does not pay you. You do not benefit. Binaries pay on the weakest leg - while spill over occurs on your strongest. Spill over does you no good. Pyramids collapse. They depend on EVERY level getting their 3. Maybe you got yours, maybe the 3 under you got theirs. Did the 9? Did the 27? Did the...? Again, spillover only goes to spots that ALREADY are strong and filled. It never goes to the empty spots within YOUR pyramid. Like a house of cards, it collapses. A matrix is no different. Same thing happens there. There are a few structures that have actually succeeded - but they are few and far between the failures. Xtream has set up a very simple single level affiliate commission plan that pays out in increasing value as you and then the Group builds the subscriber base. You are paid on YOUR efforts - the amount you are paid is based on the COLLECTIVE efforts of everyone.
