Xtream is an Internet Advertising Company which Bundles upgraded online marketing tools and resources into a low, monthly subscription of only $9.95usd, or annual subscription package of $99.95usd. We then teach the online marketer how to apply a systematic Methodology in order to use those resources effectively. Using the Xtream System, online marketers and home business owners can then use the internet to further their business - no matter what their business is. We are not about email marketing, link marketing, traffic, seo, search engine marketing, classifieds, ffa, and whatever - we are about ALL those resources used together. We show the members how to utilize each resource to it’s maximum potential through live training and mentoring.

The Team:
Xtream has several types of team members. Team members include business partners, trainers, webinar assistants, mentors, resource developers, Corporate marketers, Network Developers, and Independent Service Providers who network with Xtream in some capacity.
The Members’ Affiliate Program:
Xtream utilizes a Single Tier Progressive Affiliate Compensation Plan to reward Xtream Members who choose to promote Xtream. It is a single layer compensation plan based on a progressive commission structure that increases as the Company as a WHOLE reaches target membership levels. In brief, the value of every member you sponsor increases as Xtream grows.
There are many reasons we choose to go this route as opposed to the traditional mlm, matrix, or binary route. Primarily, those structures are unstable for various reasons and the commission structure is based upon DIMINISHING returns until the member reaches no return at all. For example, the structure goes 5 levels deep but that ‘big hitter’, that super affiliate comes in BELOW your 5th level. You do not benefit. With the Xtream Plan, the value of EVERY member you sponsor into Xtream increases in value as the company as a whole reaches target membership levels. This means YOU benefit from the entire Group.
The Bundles:
Online marketing resources are delivered to the members in several ways. Regular Members and Pro Members access a Members Website that houses a library of digital downloads and products. Estimated minimum value is $1000.00 at start up, which will increase as Xtream adds additional items. There is Deep Discount Library where members can purchase items and scripts at a fraction of list cost. There are various websites Members visit to find links to programs and venues they will either use or join - depending on the resource. Xtream Members are upgraded at no additional cost at the sites which are listed as providing such upgrades. The base value of upgrades at just the venues listed are $100 + monthly.There is a One Time Offer that is valued at over $3600 for the products alone. The OTO also provides the member an Upgrade to Pro without the member having to pay for the cost of the Pro upgrade.
Lists sites either owned by Xtream, one of our Xtream Partners, or any one else in Xtream in which the owner has ‘pooled’ that resource with an upgraded membership to help build the value of the Membership program itself.
Lists sites of our various Network Partners in which free upgrades are not offered on a permanent basis.
Lists sites of members, colleagues, reciprocal linking parties otherwise not found on the Xtream or the NP pages, as well as resources which Xtream has used over the years, and etc.
Xtream has added into the packages a Progressive Affiliate Commission in which the value of each subscriber increases as the overall Company grows. It is a single tier compensation plan which, while simple, is very dynamic.
